This clever rhyming book is a nice introduction to prayer for children.
Your child will see that talking to God is just as easy as can be and, if they really feel up to it, could even say their prayers in rhymes.
The illustrations are excellent.
It's fun to see what pops in the artist's head after reading a couple lines from the book.
Like most books like this, you are able to enhance the prayers by adding your own stories to the pictures as your child will look and study each page.
This Little Prayer of Mine is a terrific book for all ages.

When God Created My Toes by Dandi Daley Mackall
Dandi Mackall has written a lovely rhyming book all about God creating us.
Beginning with the toes, we travel up through our knees, hip, hands, head, hair, eyes, nose and heart. The lines are fun to read and easy for children to understand.
The illustrations by David Hon are fantastic. The colors brighten up the story.
In this book, we follow a girl as she wonders about what God was thinking when he made certain parts of her body. She plays with her dad, fingerpaints on the walls, gets a bath and plays in the snow.
The best part is how easy this book is to follow. Kids will want to read this over and over.
